i think it's hard when we "emotional" people have been "up" for so long, and then without warning, life comes along and throws something in the way of that consistancy. i have to remember that now that i truly how it feels to be content/happy, it is only a matter of time until i feel that way again. this too will pass. give yourself a hug. and a break.
